Produces additional revenue for the dealership by selling finance and insurance programs and other appropriate after-sale items
Models, promotes, reinforces, and rewards the consistent use of HOLT’s Values Based Leadership (VBL) tools, models, and processes to ensure alignment with our Vision, Values, and Mission
Assimilate a broad range of information simultaneously
Routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, and fax machines
Checks all documentation for, including but not limited to, correct title, lien information, taxes and customer information
Submission of financial packages and closing of finance packages
Works safely at all times and adheres to all applicable safety policies; complies with all company policies, procedures, and standards
Coordination of finance opportunities to enhance the level of new sales and rental unit conversions
Occasionally moves materials or equipment weighing up to 10 lbs.
Track and coordinate deal package from submittal to completion, including funding from lender
Provides reports to Management as requested
Establishes and maintains good working relationships with multiple finance sources, including the manufacturers
Regularly works indoors office environment and remote from home in environmentally controlled conditions
Providing payoffs for conversion contracts, providing quotes on finance options and handling communication between customers, sales, and lenders.

Finance or Business Degree and/or 4-6 practical financial training or experience is required, in lieu of education
PC literacy in MS Excel, MS Word, and the Internet

High levels of communication and moderate in person interaction with customers

One or more years of Finance Sales consumer or commercial experience is required
