Nakupuna Prime is seeking an Executive Coordinator to join its talented team, delivering administrative services to the Office of the Secretary of War (OSW) clients. The role supports senior defense executives and contributes to the efficient operation of the organization.
Required education includes a high school diploma; two or more years of relevant experience are mandatory, while an associate or bachelor’s degree is preferred. The ideal candidate possesses executive‑level administrative experience, strong Microsoft Office skills, and the ability to coordinate government travel. Excellent oral and written communication, interpersonal skills, and the capacity to prioritize and adapt in a fast‑paced environment are essential.
The position is based at the Pentagon and/or Mark Center, requiring five‑day‑a‑week in‑person support. Candidates must hold a Top Secret/SCI clearance, be U.S. citizens, and meet physical requirements such as prolonged desk work, repetitive hand motions, and extended walking. This federal project is subject to the Service Contract Act, with hourly pay determined by location and an additional health and welfare allowance for benefits.
