The Procurement Coordinator reports to the Procurement Manager and assists in delivering Procurement training while providing frontline support to users of the procurement system and tools. The role acts as a liaison between end‑users and technical teams, ensuring timely issue resolution and continuous improvement of support processes.
Key duties include coordinating and scheduling training sessions, maintaining training records in Workday, and collaborating with the Procurement Manager to plan annual training needs. The Coordinator also manages logistics for training events, develops and updates training materials, and provides first‑level application support, escalating complex issues as needed. Additional responsibilities involve supporting testing and rollout of new procurement application features and ensuring compliance with internal policies.
Candidates should hold a bachelor’s degree and demonstrate the ability to lead and deliver Procurement training to diverse user groups. Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite, general database knowledge, and quick learning of new software applications are essential. Strong organizational, time‑management, communication, and presentation skills, combined with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment, are required.
This is an office‑based position with occasional travel for training events and a hybrid working arrangement. Flexibility in working hours may be required to accommodate training schedules.
