Tasks

-Provide first-level support for application-related issues via email, phone. -Troubleshoot and resolve user problems, escalating complex issues to appropriate technical teams. -Collaborate with Procurement Manager to ensure department training needs are planned and executed on a yearly basis. -Support testing and rollout of new procurement application features or upgrades. -Ensure compliance with internal policies and systems. -Manage logistics for Procurement training events, including venue booking, materials preparation, and participant communication. -Maintain training records for Procurement personnel, interfacing with the Training department to ensure records are captured in workday. -Support Procurement Manager in the development and updating of Procurement training materials, manuals, and e-learning content. -Coordinate and schedule training sessions for users engaged in the procurement process. Training must be consistent with the procurement procedures and systems.

-Bachelor’s degree. -Strong organizational and time management skills. -Proficient in software applications and the ability to learn new systems quickly. -Office-based with occasional travel for training events. -Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. -Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, strong presentation skills. -The ability to lead and deliver Procurement training sessions to teams of users. -Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and general database knowledge an asset.
