The Presales Manager will be leading the above critical functions. In line with the Secure Power Strategy, the Director/Head of Presales will provide leadership in building an effective organization and developing a roadmap to ensure the right competency level at all stages of the Transactional/Edge Data Centre business lifecycle.
The team would exclusively focus on Equipment’s and Packages as well as Simple projects. (Projects and opportunities of this nature are mainly classed as D and C type projects.
The candidate will cover the end to end life cycle of opportunities for transactional and Edge from prescription to deal “sign off” and to liaise with Global customer Projects should there be a Project Management component for successful project completion.
The candidate will continue to build this function in developing offers with interface with the Channel/Partner/Marketing teams, developing talent and using or developing established standards and tools.
To that end the person is responsible to ensure that the Country/Cluster/Zone has an efficient resource management strategy which will require the building of the ecosystem that leverages the skillset of personnel in the geography with special attention to multi-country engagement.
This position will lead and develop a team of motivated and loyal employees, paying attention to individual HR needs and career developments.
This person is responsible to ensure that the solutions offered for a given Edge opportunity comply to standards and achieves the highest customer satisfaction working with the Schneider Partner, Channels and Sales teams.
This person will provide leadership internally both in terms of strategic direction and in support of the Zone/Cluster/country Partner, Channels and Sales teams. This person will build a team recognized in the industry for top performance and recognized for providing guidance to customers to support their business. Being a recognized industry expert in the industry, and with a strong understanding of the dynamics of how the Data Centre and C&I needs to evolve, the successful candidate will provide the thought leadership and mentorship in the Transactional/Edge DC space building and growing the presales capability of Schneider, mentoring and developing the team.
These Presales personnel are Subject matter expertise in Secure Power products and system solutions for Data Center and C&I Transactional and Edge projects.
