This individual will play a key role in the continued development and optimization of our geospatial program, working closely with surveyors, engineers, and UAV field crews to transform raw data into high-quality, actionable deliverables.
- Organize, manage, and archive large geospatial datasets
- Process aerial imagery to generate orthomosaics, DEMs, DTMs, and 3D surface models
- Assist in the development and refinement of internal LiDAR and imagery workflows
- Prepare data for Civil 3D and engineering design workflows
- Support new technology implementation, including sensors, software, and automation tools
- Assist with client deliverable formatting and packaging
- Perform 3D and 2D feature extraction including:
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, surveyors, and UAV pilots to improve data collection and processing efficiency
- Help establish and document standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Prepare final deliverables including:
- Process UAV and terrestrial LiDAR point cloud data into classified, calibrated, and quality-controlled deliverables
- CAD linework
- Perform QA/QC on all geospatial datasets to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with project specifications

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Geospatial Specialist to support our growing LiDAR and aerial imagery program. This is a primarily office-based role focused on LiDAR and photogrammetry processing, 3D and 2D feature extraction, and deliverable production for civil engineering, surveying, transportation, utilities, and site development projects.

- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Geospatial Science, Surveying, GIS, Engineering Technology, or related field OR equivalent professional experience

- Vertical and horizontal accuracy
- 2+ years of experience in LiDAR processing, photogrammetry, or geospatial data production
- Contours, surfaces, and CAD-ready deliverables
- High level of attention to detail and data accuracy
- AutoCAD Civil 3D

The estimated starting base salary for this role is $90,000-$110,000.
