Provide construction phase support services and preparation of construction quality assurance (CQA) reports.
Researching and compiling of project-related data as required by the project managers.
Support and lead civil and environmental permitting efforts.
Preparing reports, studies, and cost estimates to help clients evaluate options and provide solutions.
Performing design of facilities from the conceptual phase through design completion and construction.

Ability to work methodically and analytically in a quantitative problem-solving environment and demonstrated critical thinking skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong knowledge in standard civil and environmental engineering techniques and procedures.
Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering or related degree from an ABET accredited program and 3 years of civil or environmental engineering experience (consulting preferred) required; or Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental or Civil Engineering or related Engineering Technology from an ABET accredited program and successful completion of Fundamentals of Engineering (FE) exam and 3 years of environmental engineering experience (consulting preferred) required; or Master’s degree in Environmental or Civil Engineering and 2 years of environmental or civil engineering experience (consulting preferred) required.
Strong computer skills (e.g. Microsoft Office Suite, Civil 3D, and other programs).
Available for travel as necessary (approximately 15% travel).
Strong attention to detail, facilitation, team building, collaboration, organization, and problem-solving skills.
FE, EIT, or PE Preferred.
