Leading company in sustainable technology solutions.
Translate architectural intent into modular, system-based solutions that can be mass-customized across multiple projects.
Create and maintain internal design libraries: patterns, perforation logics, panel modules, brackets, and connection details for repeated use.
Provide design support to sales/BD: rapid visualizations, options, and design studies for client presentations.
Contribute to development of digital workflows that link design parameters to BOQs, costing, and production data.
Develop parametric models and scripts for metal facades, ceilings, baffles, and feature walls using Rhino + Grasshopper (and similar tools).
Generate 3D models, 2D drawings, panel layouts, perforation patterns, and fixing details that are directly usable by engineering and fabrication teams.
Work with production/operations to optimize designs for laser cutting, CNC, bending, nesting, and minimal material waste.
Collaborate with structural/mechanical engineers to ensure designs are buildable, structurally sound, and optimized for installation.
This role leads the parametric design and digital workflow for innovative metal facade and ceiling systems, from concept through to fabrication-ready output. The person will work closely with founders, engineering, and production teams to build an integrated design-to-manufacturing setup.
Support R&D mockups and prototypes, iterating quickly based on fabrication feedback and site learnings.
Mentor junior designers (as the team grows) in parametric design thinking and digital fabrication best practices.
Ability to write and manage Grasshopper definitions for real projects (panelization, perforation, patterning, data extraction, etc.).
Strong 3D visualization and presentation skills; ability to communicate design options clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
Good understanding of digital fabrication: laser cutting, CNC, sheet metal bending, and tolerance/fit-up issues.
Comfort working in a fast-paced R&D environment with quick iterations, ambiguity, and evolving product lines.
Expert-level proficiency in Rhino and Grasshopper.
Working knowledge of at least one of: Revit, AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Inventor, or similar CAD/BIM tools.
Exposure to acoustic systems, sustainability, or life-cycle thinking in building products.
Experience in productization: taking one-off designs and turning them into scalable systems.
Good communication skills and collaborative attitude to work closely with engineers, production, and sales teams.
Scripting experience (Python or C# inside Grasshopper).
2+ years of experience in parametric design for architecture/interiors/products; experience with facades, ceilings, or metal systems is a strong plus.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture, Computational Design, Industrial Design, or related field.
Direct access to decision-makers and freedom to shape design tools, systems, and workflows.
Opportunity to build India’s next-generation parametric facade & ceiling brand from the ground up.
