We are seeking a creative and experienced Landscape Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee and design landscape projects across multiple locations within the Florida region, ensuring that all designs meet aesthetic, functional, and sustainability goals. This role involves working closely with customers and internal branch teams to deliver innovative and high-quality landscape designs that enhance outdoor spaces.

  • Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Professional licensure (PLA) or certification by a relevant professional body, preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and creativity
  • Proficient in CAD software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, etc.), Adobe Creative Suite, and GIS mapping tools. Strong understanding of horticulture, site grading, and construction materials
  • 3-5 years of experience in landscape design, with a portfolio showcasing a variety of project types (residential, commercial, public spaces)
  • Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture, Urban Planning, or a related field. Master's degree preferred
