Help resolve workers compensation claims with solutions that are consistent with Hoffman’s values.
Submit claim paperwork to the appropriate carrier and team.
Help track and report OSHA 300 information within the department (training provided if needed)
Help with scheduling trainings for project teams for best practices, pre- and post-injury.
Maintain all aspects of Hoffman’s Workers Compensation Program, including regulatory compliance and daily claims oversight. (Training provided)
Participate in necessary trainings and workshops that pertain to workers compensation.
Assist employees in navigating their claim, as needed.

Sight - Visual acuity in near, mid, and far range vision. Color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, hand/eye coordination.

Must possess strong organizational and computer use skills and have a high level of competency to read/write/speak English, interpret construction related documentation and communicate with coworkers.
Proficient in Windows and Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, Word, Outlook, Power Point and Teams), and have a general understanding of working within a computer network.
Ability to work well and maintain a cooperative attitude through high-pressure situations.
