The Regional Account Manager (RAM) provides sales leadership for a portfolio of strategic accounts, partnering with key customer managers and internal stakeholders to develop and execute growth strategies across mechanical, electrical, lighting, eMobility, ABM Enhanced Facility Program, engineering, and parking management services. The role also involves cross‑selling additional facility services while ensuring program quality and adherence to contract terms.
The RAM acts as the primary liaison between ABM and its clients, driving account profitability, overseeing financial performance, and delivering dynamic presentations and updates to customers during key meetings and reviews.
Ideal candidates are forward‑thinking technology leaders who hold a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, possess at least eight years of professional experience (including four years in major account management and two years in the services sector), and have technical knowledge in HVAC, mechanical, building automation, electrical power, or EV solutions. Strong communication, presentation, and problem‑solving abilities, as well as a proven track record of growing large, complex facilities‑services accounts, are essential.
Compensation includes a base salary ranging from $104,542 to $149,520, adjusted for education, experience, location and market data, with eligibility for a company incentive or bonus program.
