Centre Administrator - Church Square Shopping Centre

Description

We are seeking a detail‑oriented and proactive Centre Administrator for Church Square Shopping Centre. This part‑time role is essential to smooth daily operations, combining administrative duties with tenant relationship management and operational support, and reports directly to the Centre Manager.

• Serve as primary contact for tenant inquiries, coordinate meetings, manage documentation, and support move‑in/move‑out processes.
• Maintain accurate tenant contact databases, communication logs, and assist with tenant events and marketing initiatives.
• Support health and safety compliance, conduct safety inspections, coordinate security and emergency services, and manage incident reporting.
• Process and code invoices, verify against purchase orders, maintain vendor databases, and assist with service‑charge reconciliation and budget monitoring.
• Provide reception and telephone support, maintain filing systems, prepare correspondence, reports and presentations, and coordinate maintenance requests.
• Support property marketing, leasing activities, and compliance reporting.

Requirements

• Demonstrated administrative experience in retail/property settings, invoice processing, and basic accounting principles.
• Strong customer service and client liaison background with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, attention to detail, ability to multitask and prioritize, professional demeanor, and discretion with confidential information.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
