Validating accuracy of financial data and business information and reports by performing reconciliation and review of exceptions. Optimize own performance to increase productivity by developing automated solutions, eliminating duplications, coordinating information requirements. Identify areas for process / report standardization across different countries, divisions and business units.
Working with the other financial professionals in Division / BL / Hubs / Countries / functions to understand and analyze the drivers of financial performance. Analysis of overhead under / over absorption indicating root cause. Performing cost /benefit analysis and analysis of inventories, NWC.
Developing financial reporting and analysis tools for information transparency and management insights. Preparing ad-hoc reports as per business / function’s request.
Supporting preparation of relevant organization financial reporting, business planning & forecasting, supporting audits.

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a Finance and/or Accounting. CMA/CA/ MBA Finance preferred.
Good understanding of ABB Accounting and Reporting Policies and ABB reporting processes.
Hands on experience in SAP FICO modules, C-Fin, Masterdata, Business Warehouse and SAP Analytics Cloud. Strong experience with MS Office especially Excel and PowerPoint.
Strong communication skills. Fluent in English other languages are an asset.
Enjoy working with diverse teams across different countries.
3-5 year experience in Financial Planning and Analysis.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Thorough / detail-oriented approach.
