Prepare and present periodic project status reports to senior leadership and stakeholders. Ensure accuracy, consistency, and timeliness of data reporting across all departments. Develop dashboards and KPIs to monitor operational and strategic performance.
Oversee detailed project planning and scheduling using tools like Primavera or MS Project. Track progress against project milestones and proactively address delays or bottlenecks.
