Incorporate scope changes and other changes to project Work packages, analyze and report time/labor impacts.
Works with internal and external resources to resolve conflicts, problems, and coordinate schedules.
Create and manage all the required process steps to complete a Work package lifecycle.
Assist project team members and subcontractors in PERT planning process to develop and integrate schedule.
Study production sequence and logic ties, and optimize production performance.
Participate with production management team to develop budgets, and resource-and-cost-load schedule activities.
Produce schedule reports in support of departmental progressing.
