Oversee the laboratory team planning and prioritising workloads to align with our technical support strategy.
Work closely with customers and the sales team, providing expert advice on product selection and performance to ensure customer satisfaction. You will be able to identify customer expectations and work within statutory legislation, and internal standards.
Manage and implement innovative lab processes ensuring projects and trials are completed to the company standard.
Conduct precise analysis of concrete and mortar using advanced techniques in our concrete laboratory, at customer’s production facilities, and on construction sites. Your work will directly support our Sales Team and the regional market unit.
Ensure all analyses are completed on time, contributing to the development and promotion of new construction technologies to both internal and external stakeholders.

Proven experience in a concrete testing laboratory or within the construction sector is essential. Prior managerial experience is highly desirable.
Applicants must have a full UK driving licence and the right to work within the UK.
Strong communication and customer service skills, with a proactive approach to learning and problem-solving.
Proficiency in MS Office and the ability to analyse and interpret data effectively.
Ideally a degree in a science or maths-related field.
In-depth knowledge of concrete and a general understanding of construction materials is required.
