Populate Conduit schedule.
Address bulletin updates and added scope. This includes:
Requesting new cost code if applicable.
Following up after redlines have been distributed and addressing all model constructability issues.
Updating the BIM Hub and Redline Drawing Log with added scope.
Updating the Pre-Construction project folder with the most recent contract documents and archiving old ones.
Checklists and Logs: Review and populate Constructability SOW checklists and Redline Drawing logs.
Weekly Updates: Provide weekly BIM Hub updates and time entries.
Conduct a thorough review of the specifications and submittals using the Bluebeam Specification & Submittal Review Profile. Any identified issues shall be documented in the Issues Log to be addressed with the project team.
Providing a ROM if requested.
Attending BIM coordination meetings as needed.
Assist the project management team with RFI’s. This includes verbiage and supporting documents.
Maintain clear and consistent communication with your project team. In instances where needed, act as a mediator between engineering, project management, field operations, BIM, and Prefab departments.
Document Control: Follow folder structures and naming conventions.
Distribute the completed redlines, details, prefab drawings, and assembly sheets, and notify the project team, including the location where they have been saved.
Compliance: Ensure adherence to CEI Installation Standards.
Assisting the project team in completing the BIM Specification Sheet and Installation Drawing Checklist.
Perform a thorough review of the most current contract drawings and generate redlines, details, prefab drawings, and assembly sheets in accordance with the department’s redlining protocols. Any identified issues shall be documented in the Issues Log to be addressed with the project team.
Updating redlines and any other Constructability deliverables that are impacted.
Getting project management approval for rework.
Maintain proper document control by adhering to the department's folder structure and naming conventions.
Estimates and Schedules: Develop preconstruction estimates and schedules and manage issue logs.
Coordination with BIM if applicable.
Update the Redline Drawing log as redlines, details, prefab drawings, and assembly sheets are generated and when new revisions are issued.
Ensure that the latest CEI Installation Standards are being followed and serve as a resource for standardization whenever necessary.
Reviewing all Installation Drawings generated from the model.
RFI Assistance: Help with RFIs and supporting documents.
BIM Coordination: Attend BIM meetings and address constructability issues.
Bulletin Updates: Manage updates and added scope.
