- Typically 4 years of direct project coordination experience.
- Strong coordination, organization, and prioritizing skills.
- Competent knowledge of project management skills, techniques, terminology.
- Proven record of project management accomplishments.
- Basic business acumen in budgets, expense planning, resource allocation, forecasting.
- Self-motivated, able to work independently.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Project or similar tracking software.
- Strong writing, documentation, and speaking skills.
- Ability to learn new skills and assume new responsibilities.
- Ability to work cooperatively in a team environment.
- Pass background check and negative drug test.
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent (preferred).
- Knowledge of electric power system protection, integration, and automation practices (preferred).
- Knowledge of SEL products (preferred).
