Lead the collection and analysis of acquisition-related data to identify inefficiencies, trends, and opportunities for improvement.
Recommend acquisition workflow review and approval processes from needs development through acquisition strategy approval that will expedite the streamlined acquisition process.
Maintain awareness and compliance with new Department of War Acquisition Initiatives
Identify areas that could be simplified and streamlined during reviews and approvals during the pre-award activities.
Prioritize recommendations that directly enhance customer experience and satisfaction with acquisition services
Advise and assist the platform development team, as needed, to deliver a world class electronic acquisition process.

Experience working with and briefing senior level DoD personnel; excellent verbal and written communication and organizational and interpersonal skills
Ability to sit for prolonged periods at a desk and working on a computer.
Ability to work under pressure and to adapt quickly in a changing environment and synthesize information and draft summaries and reports.
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university; master’s degree desired.
Demonstrated experience in the ability and skills to manage complex projects, keep track of, or adjust, existing tasks while identifying new tasks and expectations as projects evolve.
Proficiency with MS Office applications (e.g., Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Project).
Experience with large dollar service contracts and full life-cycle management of service contracts.
Ability to perform detailed work with little guidance and interact in a positive manner with other government and industry personnel.
Ability to engage in and follow audible communications in emergency situations.
Ability to perform repetitive motions with the hands, wrists, and fingers.
Experience working in a time-sensitive environment with a high-level of accountability.
A minimum of 4 years of professional acquisition experience.
