- Provide expert guidance in USPS compliance.
- Overall quality and on-time production of the mailing dept. meeting and/or exceeding client specifications.
- Address issues and help employees trouble shoot and problem solve.
- Supervise daily operations of the direct mail department including scheduling, quality, support, training, and overall performance of the team.
- Use company technology such as MIS software, email and PC.
- Make sure employees follow quality control practices in accordance with ISO standards.
- Actively take part in production process including operating mailing equipment.
- Work closely with production depts, customer service, and sales to keep jobs on track.

- Minimum 5 years' experience in the direct mail industry.

- PC proficient. Working knowledge of PACE software a plus.
- Mailing certifications such as MDP, FSC or EMCM are highly desired.
- Minimum 4 years' experience in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Expert knowledge of USPS regulations.
- Excellent communication and employee training and mentoring skills.
