  • Build client relationships and provide technical advice when needed
  • Manage tenders for Private Networks projects, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely return
  • Prepare competitive and commercially robust bids in line with ISO 9001 processes
  • Proactively manage risk during tender preparation and ensure smooth project handover
  • Support the Head of Private Networks and Senior Tendering Engineer in achieving sales objectives
  • Contribute to sales targets and maintain documentation in line with the Business Management System

  • Experience in design development for electrical networks
  • MIET (or working towards)
  • Knowledge of control, protection, and automation schemes
  • Knowledge of MEICA, T&D networks, or utility technical construction environments
  • Competence in AutoCAD, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Project management experience
  • CSCS/EUSR/ECS and First Aid at Work
  • Understanding of CDM 2015 regulations
  • Proven ability to achieve sales targets and deliver accurate quotations
  • Experience in a fast-paced sales/tendering environment within utilities, construction, or engineering
  • Experience tendering LV installations, EV charging, renewable energy, or IDNO substations
  • Ability to deliver baseline tender programmes
  • Familiarity with Trimble (or equivalent)
  • Experience working under formal construction contracts
  • Maintain personal CPD and technical knowledge within the utilities sector
  • NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in sales, engineering, construction, or management
