Description
Identifies and creates projects from building condition assessment data and recommends accurate scopes of work, justifications, and high-level estimates
Responsible for integrity of capital planning data within BGIS’s information systems, including proprietary systems
Compiles and maintains large volumes of capital planning data within information management systems to support various reporting, benchmarking, and analytical requirements
Produces and maintains the Multi-Year Capital Plan
Produces and maintains the Annual Capital Plan
Executes ad-hoc calculations and analyses based on client requests to assist with business communication and decision-making
Maintains the Asset Management Dashboard and ensures insights remain current and relevant
Executes capital plan deliverables and is responsible for maintenance of on-going changes to the capital plan and budgets
Conducts integrated working sessions with other work streams to align planning, analysis, and project prioritization
Trains field personnel and system users in the correct operation of business tools, processes, and procedures
Benchmarks project costs against past tenders and project reports (e.g., maintenance, repair, and replacement work) to support accurate capital planning
Triages and tracks project requests made by the client, facility management, and project management teams
Assists Capital Planning Manager with strategic asset management activities
Supports delivering capital plans used to meet KPI’s and contract deliverables
Collaborates in process improvement initiatives and implementation
Integrates capital plan with other data sources (e.g., roof inspection data, engineering reports etc.)
