Implement and oversee asset life cycle management strategies to ensure long-term operational efficiency and compliance with industry standards.
Oversee the construction phase, tracking timelines, milestones, and budgets while preparing regular status reports for the client.

Manage the design phase, ensuring engineering consultants deliver per contractual agreements.

Review and validate engineering designs to comply with established standards and regulations.
Draft, review, and validate change orders, managing risks and ensuring alignment among all involved parties.

Ideally will bring 15-20+ years of hands-on experience Design work in Construction, Infrastructure Projects and/or Airport development projects; preferably focusing on airport or other infrastructure projects.
Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification preferred.
Demonstrated leadership and project management skills substantiated by a track record of successful project delivery.
Bachelor's degree in civil engineering required
Active Professional Engineer (PE) License in Michigan (MI)
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient in AutoCAD, MicroStation and other CAD programs.
