Candidates must have at least two years of experience in a construction foreman or similar leadership role, with a strong background in heavy civil and underground utility work, preferably on prevailing‑wage projects. Required technical skills include reading construction drawings and basic proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and reporting tools, along with a valid driver’s license and clean driving record. Leadership qualities such as confidence, humility, ownership, and a commitment to safety and culture are essential.
