Education: Bachelor’s degree in architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, Aviation, Business, Planning, or a related technical field is required. A Master’s degree is preferred.
Advanced skills in Autodesk products such as Revit, Build, and BIM 360.
Mid-Level (5-15 years): Proven experience in project management or business development, specifically in BIM and GIS technologies. Strong understanding of the BIM lifecycle, data management, and cross-disciplinary collaboration.
Familiarity with cloud-based BIM collaboration tools (e.g., Autodesk Construction Cloud, BIM 360, Navisworks, etc.).
Junior Level (0-5 years): Familiarity with BIM processes and tools, ideally in an internship or entry-level position. Strong technical skills in Autodesk products (Revit, Build, etc.) and a passion for the development and application of BIM methodologies.
Experience with GIS platforms and data integration within BIM workflows.
Experience in managing large-scale projects involving multiple stakeholders.
Familiarity with advanced features in Revit and BIM 360, such as clash detection, coordination, and project management functionalities.
Certification in Autodesk Revit or similar BIM-related credentials.
Experience with data management and integration in BIM and GIS environments.
Senior Level (15+ years): Extensive experience in BIM management, with a history of leading complex projects and teams. Demonstrated success in implementing BIM processes at a strategic level, with a deep understanding of both technical and organizational challenges.
