The Site Agent will be responsible for the management of the construction site in order to achieve required project delivery to our customers' requirements, while maintaining the highest standards of health, safety, quality, reducing environmental impact and cost control. They will deliver multiple on-going projects, to the required programme, whilst managing change within the requirements of the contracts. The Site Agent will work closely with both the Octavius team and our Clients to ensure that projects are completed in a safe manner whilst customer requirements and expectations are always maintained or exceeded.

Working knowledge of NEC contract conditions, CDM regulations, design management, programme and risk management and cost control including forecasting, actual cost and value reporting.
NVQ Level 6 or above in construction related discipline.
Evidenced experience of managing HighwayS/Streetworks infrastructure schemes.
Full Driving Licence.
Appointed person CPCS card(desirable)
Excellent planning, organisation, and time management skills, with an ability to prioritise and manage tasks simultaneously without compromising on minimum standards and quality.
Good level of IT skills including MS Project, Excel.
Good level of programme management and application of conditions of contract (NEC, ICE, etc).
Good knowledge of specifications and testing regimes relevant to general civil engineering.
Degree/HNC in Civil Engineering, or equivalent experience or relevant qualification
SMSTS qualified.
