Building Science Engineer specializing in structural rehabilitation, responsible for inspections, analysis, and project management of repair work involving concrete infrastructure, building envelopes, and roofing systems.

Diagnose building pathologies such as cracks, rebar corrosion, delamination, water infiltration, membrane deterioration, etc.

Member in good standing with the Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec (OIQ)

Proficient with standard software (AutoCAD, MS Office Suite, etc.)
Familiarity with CSA, NBC, ASTM standards and inspection practices (e.g., hammer sounding, probe testing, non-destructive methods — asset)
Strong knowledge of construction materials (concrete, steel, masonry, membranes, sealants, etc.)
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel occasionally to job sites.
5 to 8 years of relevant experience, especially in inspections, concrete repair, envelope restoration, or roofing
