The position is for a Transition Manager within the EBO Accounts Receivable (India) job family. No travel or clearance is required. The role is based at Guidehouse.
The manager will lead complex transitions or transformations, applying strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities are required, as is the capacity to work in matrixed, multicultural environments. Knowledge of ITIL, PMP, or other transition frameworks is advantageous.
Candidates should hold a bachelor’s degree in business, operations, or a related field (MBA preferred) and have over 10 years of experience in project or transition management, particularly in global delivery settings. They must demonstrate deep knowledge of transition frameworks, knowledge transfer methodologies, and service delivery models, along with strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem‑solving skills.
Desired additional credentials include PMP, PRINCE2, or ITIL certification, and experience with collaboration tools such as SharePoint, Confluence, Smartsheet, or ServiceNow. Experience in BPO, shared services, or IT service management environments is also valued.
