Description

Support Environmental Records Management Contract

• Assist Supervisor with various projects in the file room.
• Review hard and electronic copies of Restoration Record documents for completeness and organization and correct minor discrepancies according to Departmental policies.
• This position is a sedentary role. While performing the duties of this job, the employee will be sitting for long periods of time but will also be required to stand, walk, and communicate with others.
• Label and slip sheet documents reviewed or entered.
• Utilize standard software applications including MS Office applications and Adobe.
• Review data entries and make corrections as needed on data entry indices.
• Apply data entry corrections in the database and web database according to Standard Operating Procedures.

Requirements

Proof of citizenship will be required as a condition of employment.

Travel Required: No

Candidates may be required to obtain and hold a Secret or Higher US Government Clearance.

The selected candidate must pass a background security check, drug test, and be able to obtain and maintain government-issued Common Access Card (CAC).

Government Clearance: Ability to Obtain

• Proficient in Microsoft Office with emphasis on Word and Access
• High School Diploma
• Exposure to standard office equipment and noise levels.
• 2 Years of experience as a general clerk or related position
• Attention to detail
• Strong computer skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Problem solving skills
• Ability to lift 30lbs
