Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. While prior multifamily or commercial real‑estate underwriting experience is preferred, it is not required. Strong written and verbal communication, intermediate Microsoft Office proficiency, and advanced Excel data‑manipulation skills are essential, along with the ability to analyze complex financial documents and a curiosity for professional growth.
