Build and maintain weekly Project Controls Reporting
Prepare monthly reports, income statements, and analyze divisional transactions
Analyze KPIs and provide insights to project teams
Consolidate project data into weekly summaries for leadership
Integrate JDE data and coordinate updates with project managers
Assist in developing wage structures and custom labor and equipment rates
Provide crew productivity analysis for various options during bid and construction process planning
Work with operations to forecast project costs
Support monthly financial and manpower forecasting across multiple divisions
Requirements

Proven understanding of financial reporting, forecasting, and project accounting principles
Applicants must have legal authorization to work in Canada with no restrictions
Previous Construction Industry experience
4 years of financial analysis, project controls, or related experience
Post-Secondary Education in Accounting, Engineering, Finance, or Business
Advanced MS Excel skills
Experience with JDE, Ecosys, Power BI or Incorta
Currently enrolled in the CPA program, working towards designation
