

Designs, develops, and supplies semiconductors and infrastructure software for data center, networking, broadband, wireless and storage markets.

The position is accountable for delivering measurable results for Broadcom across five primary areas: customer focus, financial targets, internal business processes, professional development, and leadership/teamwork. Success requires the ability to work independently or within any sized group.
Key responsibilities include assisting account directors and solution architects in technically qualifying solutions, understanding customer and partner technology needs, and designing solutions that meet those requirements. The role also involves building relationships across IT silos, delivering customized demos and proofs of concept, and providing technical leadership during trials and complex demonstrations.
Preferred qualifications are a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field and at least two years of technical industry experience, including exposure to mainframe environments such as Z/OS and operating system administration. Experience working with customers, sales teams, and resolving complex integration issues is essential.
Compensation ranges from $59,000 to $90,000 annually, with eligibility for a discretionary bonus and equity awards.
