Working with PMIS to manage change order life-cycle from issue creation through change order execution.
Assist and develop presentations, in conjunction with change initiator, for the change to be discussed at CCB.
Serves as a key participant in client and/or subcontractor negotiations
Drafts comprehensive project procedures.
Conducts root cause analysis.
Reviews performance trends, prepares analysis to consistently review status of all outstanding issues, potential change orders, and change orders, tracking all updates and accurately report current status.
Evaluates manpower, labor hour, and labor cost requirements versus budget limitations.
Involved in tracking system to insure that Project Management team is fully aware of detailed change order status.
Lead and document change control board (CCB), including actions, decisions and follow up tasks.
Ensure process developed and communicated, develop communications protocols for integrated team to be able to have immediate understanding of / access to changes.
Assist in developing change management reporting.
Identify and assess change impacts to document for coordinated decision-making. This includes design, contract and supplier changes.
Coordinate and Manage change management process, covering scope, cost, and schedule changes.
Manage the overall process with input identified by the Design, PgM and CM teams and entered into and maintained in the program controls system.

BA/BS + 6 years of related experience, or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education
Utilizes extensive knowledge of construction contracting including the manner in which contract type effects implementation of project controls systems.
Skilled in the development of commercial strategies. Capable of participating in negotiations.
Possesses proven knowledge of scope control and change management.
Holds an understanding of schedule, critical path analysis, resource loading and leveling.
Due to the nature of this program US citizenship is required.
Requires a demonstrated ability to effectively lead the project controls function on a medium to large project.
