Integration Operations Analysts are responsible for managing and supporting the integration of various systems and applications within the organization, working closely with cross‑functional teams to identify integration needs, troubleshoot issues, and optimize processes for seamless data flow.
The analyst monitors integration platforms and applications across all environments, ensuring incidents are resolved within Service Level Agreements. They identify, diagnose, and remediate integration‑related issues promptly to minimize downtime and business impact. Technical support is provided to end‑users and stakeholders for integration processes and related systems.
The role includes implementing bug fixes, minor enhancements, and conducting UAT testing and hyper‑care support for existing integrations. Documentation of integration processes, configurations, and troubleshooting procedures is created and kept up to date. Opportunities to improve integration processes are identified and best practices are applied to boost efficiency and reliability. Monitoring dashboards and KPIs are built and managed to ensure application performance and SLA compliance. The analyst also performs application upgrades, manages SSL certificates, collaborates with product vendors on platform issues, and provides training and support to junior resources, participating in an on‑call/weekend rotation as needed.
A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is required, along with at least five years of experience in integration operations and production support. Candidates must have three or more years of experience with MuleSoft, Oracle Integration Cloud, or IBM Integration Bus, and strong knowledge of integration mapping and data formats such as SOAP, XML, JSON, and flat files. Experience integrating with ERP systems like SAP, Salesforce, or Oracle, as well as incident and change management using ServiceNow, is essential. Strong analytical, problem‑solving, communication, and interpersonal skills are also required.
Preferred qualifications include experience with Splunk or similar platforms, CI/CD tools and code repositories such as GitHub or Azure DevOps, and a solid understanding of cloud concepts and network connectivity. Additional assets are proficiency in SQL queries and scripting, using Postman for automated test cases, and familiarity with project and test management tools like JIRA and Panaya.
