Tasks

Reporting directly to the State Manager, you’ll play a key role in keeping our day-to-day operations running smoothly. You’ll coordinate crews, manage resources, and ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to a high standard. -Support the delivery of high-quality, on-time outcomes for clients. -Oversee maintenance scheduling for vehicles and equipment. -Conduct site inspections and ensure WHS compliance across all sites. -Manage stock control, including ordering, tracking, and reporting. -Monitor job progress, ensuring crews complete pre-starts and daily reporting. -Schedule and coordinate daily works for field crews based on project requirements.
