Prepare reports on MEP system performance and project status.
Conduct regular meetings with MEP subcontractors to discuss progress, challenges, and solutions.
Maintain frequent communication with Project Manager and project team, architects, and other stakeholders.
Coordinate with other departments, such as VDC team, to ensure proper integration of MEP systems.
Review and interpret MEP drawings and specifications to identify potential conflicts or design issues.
Participate in all project and team meetings as required.
Address and resolve MEP related issues that arise during the project.
Manage MEP subcontractors, including selection, contract negotiation, and performance monitoring.
Perform quality checks on MEP installations to ensure compliance with project specifications and industry standards.
Provide technical guidance to MEP subcontractors on installation methods, material selection, and quality control.
Set guidelines and procedures to verify compliance with design documents and building codes.
Develop and maintain MEP project schedules, ensuring timely completion of milestones.
Track MEP costs and identify potential cost-saving opportunities.

Ability to lead, and the desire to teach and mentor Project Engineers and Field employees.
