Provide final inspections of systems once repairs are completed to ensure all equipment is operating safely
Provide status updates and pertinent information, as required, to the Service Manager, Fulfillment Managers and other Residential Energy Services team members
Respond to service-related customer requests (installations, repairs, etc.) by using industry and company best practices and tools to troubleshoot customer issues. Responsible for responding to customers’ needs within established guidelines
Diagnose and solve complex system problems by completing steps required during inspection, including checking gas flow, thermostats, heat flow, and insulation etc
Ensure and maintain safe working environment according to safety policies and procedures, including PPE, Leak Prevention, Distracted Driving, etc.
Analyze existing processes and make recommendations for improve them, using best practices and previous experience
Understand the requirements of the job and work independently with a minimal degree of supervision. Take a lead role in jobs and provide guidance/coaching to more junior employees by encouraging contributions from all team members and leading by example
