- Prepare and issue monthly project billings with accuracy and timeliness
- Assist with employee timesheet processing
- Contribute to month-end and year-end closing activities
- Perform general ledger account reconciliations and assist with the preparation of journal entries
- Manage corporate credit card expenses, processing and reconciling accounts as required
- Assist with accounts receivable collections and client follow-up
- Process accounts payable transactions, including invoice processing and reconciliations
- Support the preparation and submission of government remittances and reporting

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel)
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Post-secondary diploma in Accounting, Finance, or related field

- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with financial/accounting software systems
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively both independently and within a team
- Strong attention to detail, with excellent organizational and analytical skills
