What you would be doing

Prepare and issue monthly project billings with accuracy and timeliness
Assist with employee timesheet processing
Contribute to month-end and year-end closing activities
Perform general ledger account reconciliations and assist with the preparation of journal entries
Manage corporate credit card expenses, processing and reconciling accounts as required
Assist with accounts receivable collections and client follow-up
Process accounts payable transactions, including invoice processing and reconciliations
Support the preparation and submission of government remittances and reporting
What you bring

Experience with financial/accounting software systems
Demonstrated ability to work effectively both independently and within a team
