Our Buildings & Communities Managers work regionally managing onsite teams and managing the day to day operations for a portfolio of stunning later living developments. This role is critical in supporting the Pegasus Homes in creating positive, customer experiences and ensuring high quality, well maintained, compliant and well managed buildings.
You will manage, lead and support your area team to embrace every touch point potential customers, our owners and tenants and the public at large may have with our business as well as balance the requirement to monitor and justify spending, ensuring quality and value for money are at the forefront of everything we do.
Location Regionally based role with frequent travel across the Home Counties & South West

Ideally you'll be based within a reasonable commuting distance of the Home Counties, with a willingness to visit developments in Devon & Cornwall on a monthly or bi-monthly basis.
About youYou'll be an experienced multi-site residential property manager with a strong understanding of health & safety regulations and compliance. You'll have experience in interpreting and preparing reports and plans including financial reports, service charge accounts, budgeting, works scheduling, workload allocation and performance planning.
Please note You will be contractually based from home however this role will require frequent travel within a wide geographical region which includes the home counties and South West so a willingness to travel and your own vehicle / full driving licence is essential.

Salary £45,000 - £55,000 per annum + car allowance & enhanced benefits package
