Process requests for meeting room bookings, training sessions, ordering catering and office refreshments, managing incoming and outgoing post, management of daily reports and other ad hoc duties.
Raise purchase orders on COINS and ensure authorisation of invoices in line with Company policy.
Assist with the organising of contractors such as plumbers and electricians to undertake repair works and manage the schedule of servicing & inspections with our suppliers & updating of schedules
Provide reception and telephonist duties for Barratt Redrow and subsidiary companies.
Order consumables as required, such as stationary, and cleaning products.

Proficiency with MS office programmes
Willingness to be trained as a first aider/fire warden
Experience of working in a reception or administration role within a corporate environment

Ability to multi-task, and work efficiently and accurately under pressure
Experience of working within the new home building construction industry and experience using COINS would be desirable
