Description
As a Technical Executive you will be the go‑to person for daily site operations and technical challenges, delivering effective solutions whenever difficulties arise. You will oversee the maintenance of electrical, mechanical, and equipment systems to ensure safe and efficient performance.
You will design and execute a comprehensive preventative safety program, ensuring all activities comply with government regulations, client requirements, and internal policies. This includes managing workplace safety and critical environment procedures.
Performance excellence is key; you will track and exceed service level agreements and key performance indicators outlined in the management contract. Working within a larger team, you will help ensure contractual performance targets are consistently met.
You will lead improvement and savings initiatives, such as energy‑management programs that reduce utility costs and eliminate waste. This involves close coordination with vendors, overseeing audits, and aligning project timelines with technical and safety standards.
Contributing to best practices, you will help create engineering service delivery standards and develop site‑specific processes and protocols. You will also build tools to measure the technical team’s performance on a quarterly or annual basis.
