Answers guest’s questions about the property or the surrounding area attractions.
Guest -facing position that is responsible for providing a warm welcome to guests
Patrol the docks, keeping in radio contact with the office and maintains safety standards
Attends annual fuel training
Cast off lines for departing boats and notify office of departure
Drives golf cart in tight areas.
Maintain and control ice inventory on each wharf, sell ice to customers, and notify office when supply gets low
Provides pump-out to guests in the marina .
Fuels vessels acting as PIC, contains and cleans up any fuel spills which occur during fueling
Ties up vessels upon their arrival to marina
Provides onsite customer service for residence , club members and transient marina guests as well as hotel guests
Accepts packages or arranges for deliveries to marina guests
Checks guests in to the marina, and responds to guest needs during their stay
