Regular follow-ups on the technical issues and build a healthy relationship with installer & retailers.
Responsible for the tele- and on-site technical support and after sales support.
Pro-actively work with installers & retailers and provide them best-in class customer experience.
Evaluating PV plant performance by studying operation data on a regular basis
Reporting and following up with head office in relation to product failure with clear descriptions
Commissioning, troubleshooting, firmware/hardware updating of PV string, Hybrid / storage inverter and BESS.

This position is based in Bangalore, India with periods working from home and travel based on real requirement.

Minimum 3 years of experience in the Electrical/Electronics or Solar Inverter industry (preferred).
Proficiency in English along with Marathi, and Hindi (spoken and written).
Strong computer skills.
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
High sense of responsibility and ability to work independently.
Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Electrical/Electronics Engineering.
Good knowledge and practical understanding of inverter technology.
Strong hands-on experience with troubleshooting.
