The Site Customer Portfolio Manager, based in the greater Corpus Christi area, is accountable for functional, business, and broad company objectives within GE Vernova, ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction for assigned contracts, service agreements, fixed‑price and material programs, and coordinating across customer service, parts, field, and repair teams.
In this role you will act as the primary liaison between internal and external organizations, own the customer relationship and communication plan, schedule regular customer meetings to review open items and introduce new GE Vernova products, manage warranty and commercial concessions, define outage scope, coordinate field‑service teams, and oversee parts planning, quoting, ordering, delivery, and invoicing.
You will also lead emergent and forced‑outage resolution by facilitating pre‑outage, post‑outage, and milestone meetings, and you will own contract leadership, ensuring all deliverables meet terms, conditions, liquidated damages, and bonus structures while applying high operational judgment under SQDC principles with moderate autonomy.
Basic qualifications include a bachelor's degree (or an associate degree with seven years of power‑generation experience), at least seven years of outage management on heavy‑duty gas turbine or steam power equipment, legal authorization to work in the United States, willingness to travel up to 50 % of the time, and relocation to Texas.
Preferred attributes are strong communication and presentation skills, advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, a passion for Lean standard‑work and process improvement, and the ability to lead by example in a proactive service environment.
