In this role you will oversee the tender management process for the Digital Energy team, collaborating with business units, vendors and integrators to create comprehensive bid packages while ensuring compliance with internal risk‑assessment and approval procedures.
- Lead the end‑to‑end tender management process for the Digital Energy team, coordinating with business units, vendors and integrators.
- Own the Request for Proposal (RFP) process, structuring and assembling bid packages together with subject‑matter experts.
- Plan tender milestones, monitor deadlines, and ensure timely approvals, development and submission of proposals.
- Conduct risk analyses, drive internal approval and compliance with company policies, and review tender Terms and Conditions with legal/risk teams.
- Oversee preparation and compilation of all bid documentation, maintaining quality, accuracy and optimal solution presentation.
- Develop and maintain a network across all business units and functions to support bid activities.
- Participate actively in Quality Management System (QMS) and Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) programs, reporting non‑conformities as needed.
