This is a brand new role; all about leadership, drive and ambition. You’ll be shaping, growing, and running a service from the ground up - making sure it’s safe, efficient, innovative, sustainable, and above all, brilliant for our customers.

  • Ensure that customer focus and customer experience remain central to service delivery, embedding a culture of responsiveness, professionalism, and continuous improvement
  • Lead the development and nationwide rollout of a scaffolding solution to support OES projects
  • Deliver projects safely, on time, and within budget, maintaining operational excellence across multiple sites
  • Oversee financial performance including P&L, budgeting, and cost control
  • Build and manage a high-performing team, including recruitment, training, and ongoing professional development
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant health & safety standards, regulations, and company procedures
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and contractors
  • Promote continuous improvement across all aspects of service quality
  • Drive innovation in scaffolding methods, systems, and operational delivery to enhance efficiency, safety, and customer outcomes

What matters most is that you’re an experienced operational leader who knows how to scale things nationally, bring teams together, and deliver for both customers and clients.

  • Proven track record in delivering national or large-scale operational solutions
  • CISRS Supervisor/Advanced Scaffolder/Manager Card
  • Full UK Driving Licence
  • High-level communication, stakeholder engagement, and relationship management skills
  • NEBOSH General Certificate (or IOSH Managing Safely as a minimum)
  • A big picture thinker, able to grow and scale operations right across the UK
  • CIRS (Construction Industry Scaffolders Record Scheme) qualification
  • Scaffolding and access industry experience
  • Knowledge of NASC TG20:22 (scaffold compliance) and SG4:22 (fall prevention)
  • Strong leadership and operational management background
  • Evidence of innovation in operations, processes, or service delivery
  • Demonstrable experience in managing teams across multiple locations
  • Proven customer focus skills and attributes, with a strong record of delivering outstanding customer experience
  • Excellent commercial awareness, including budgeting, cost control, and client negotiations
