The Mechatronics & Robotics Technician supports the Operations Maintenance Team by repairing and maintaining material handling equipment and pneumatic systems, and by installing, maintaining, and repairing automated packaging and distribution equipment.
- Promote safety by adhering to all procedures.
- Perform preventative maintenance and document all tasks.
- Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues on material handling equipment.
- Create, assign, and close work orders, tracking labor hours, parts, and inventory.
- Mentor junior technicians to develop their skills.
- Maintain positive working relationships across the operations facility.

The role requires the ability to work flexible schedules, reach overhead, kneel, squat, climb ladders, use aerial lifts, and regularly lift up to 50 lb while wearing appropriate PPE, and involves moving between departments and properties, averaging 6–12 miles per day in varied warehouse temperatures.
- Minimum: high school diploma or equivalent.
- 2+ years experience repairing material handling equipment or automated conveyors.
- 2+ years conducting predictive and preventative maintenance.
- 1+ year experience reading blueprints and electrical schematics.
- Proficient with CMMS and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project).
- Preferred: associate degree in mechanical or electrical field.
- Preferred: experience with MHE safety standards and robotic operation.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lb, work overhead, and wear required PPE.
