We are seeking a senior consultant to work with clients on business objectives, digital transformation opportunities, and strategy development. The role involves guiding technology selection, implementation, and adoption, and leading smart‑building integration projects from start to finish in partnership with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
Key responsibilities include assessing current digital capabilities, developing business cases and roadmaps, collaborating with cross‑functional teams, monitoring progress, and managing project plans, schedules, and budgets. The consultant will also conduct site surveys, design smart‑building solutions that optimize energy, comfort, and productivity, and stay current with digital transformation trends.
- Identify client business objectives and craft digital transformation strategies
- Assess current digital capabilities and pinpoint improvement areas
- Develop business cases, roadmaps, and project plans for digital initiatives
- Guide technology selection, implementation, and adoption
