Previous experience as an Account Manager, Sales Representative or a customer facing role
Tools of the trade: Fully maintained motor vehicle, fuel card & mobile phone
Proven negotiation and influencing abilities with advanced planning skills
Strong discipline, with the ability to manage accounts remotely and build relationships
Motivated & capable of working independently, managing your own call cycle
Experience with Salesforce or a similar CRM is desirable
Tertiary qualification is a plus
Experience working within the Construction and Mining Industries is advantageous
A valid Australian drivers license
There will also be a requirement for regular travel to remote areas to improve Hilti’s coverage, penetrate existing Mine sites, and capitalize on construction activity.
