Demonstrated strong verbal and written communication skills, with a proven ability to prepare comprehensive technical reports, and collaborate effectively within diverse team environments involving staff, clients, and stakeholders .
Exhibit proficiency in performing advanced engineering calculations for the design and analysis of projects in coastal settings, including major coastal storm risk management initiatives such as levees and floodwalls.
Demonstrate high level of understanding the principles and practices of coastal engineering, coastal hydrodynamics, wave theory, and sediment transport mechanics.
Strong knowledge of UK coastal policies, flood risk management frameworks, and environmental legislation.
Bachelor’s or master’s in civil / Coastal Engineering or Marine Structures related discipline from recognized university (Chartered Engineer status preferred) .
