Leading global real estate investment manager
The Senior Director of Enterprise Technology Infrastructure reports to the Senior Managing Director, Global Head of Technology, and is responsible for strategy, execution, and oversight of Azure cloud services, Microsoft 365, identity and access management, VDI, enterprise networks, domain management, security controls, incident management and service operations across more than 25 countries. The role requires close collaboration with internal stakeholders, the Information Security and Compliance team, and peer technology leaders to deliver secure, reliable, and scalable platforms while driving vendor management and change leadership.
In addition to leading the team that maintains, monitors and tunes enterprise networks, servers, cloud storage and cybersecurity platforms, you will build strong stakeholder relationships, act as a trusted advisor, manage the infrastructure budget, and operate a formal governance mechanism to ensure effective controls. You will also attract and develop best‑in‑class IT talent, support disaster recovery and business continuity planning, and contribute to investigations as needed.
Successful candidates will have a bachelor’s degree in MIS, Computer Science or a related field, advanced networking certifications (e.g., CCIE, CWNA) and Microsoft certifications in M365, Azure or Entra. They bring 12‑15+ years of enterprise infrastructure leadership, five or more years managing global operations teams, and extensive experience with Azure, Active Directory, MFA, FIDO2, enterprise messaging, cloud storage and EDR solutions. Strong communication, strategic thinking, change‑management experience and a passion for building teams are essential.
